How we Started
Cultivating Our Children was founded as a vision from God, the love and dedication of Lucienne George Bonnet who implanted the seed of giving back in all of us at COC, and in the memory of Lucianna Fevrier whose love for giving will live on forever. At Cultivating Our Children we aim to make a real difference in the lives of the youth of Haiti. We take inspiration from Galatians 6:2 – “Carry each other’s burden’s and in this way, you will fulfil the law of Christ” at the core of our mission. We invite you to learn more about our work, the difference we are making, and how you can get involved. The needs are great, but we all have the power to make a difference. Even the smallest act of kindness has a tremendous impact.

Dedicated:
Lucienne Bonnet was Born in Moron Haiti, the eldest of 6. She has 9 children who were all raised in Moron and over 45 grand and great-grandchildren.
In Memorial:
Frantz A. Edouard Jr., September 15, 1987 – Friday, October 29, 2021. “Frankie” was a vibrant force of nature who left an indelible mark on all those fortunate enough to know him. His legacy is honored through the annual scholarship to nursing students in Haiti awarded in his name.
